The West Virginia Housing Development Fund requests 2014 Year End Financial Audits from LIHTCP property owners in the state for each LIHTCP property they own. If your property is not required to have an annual audit, the Fund will accept an accountant’s compilation of the property’s financial statements.

Any applicant seeking tax credits from the 2015 State Housing Credit Ceiling or any Low Income Housing Tax Credits must submit a pre-registration form to the West Virginia Housing Development Fund by Tuesday, April 7.

Registration forms for the 2015 LIHTCP Application Workshop with fee are due no later than next Monday, March 2, 2015.
