The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs has posted to its website the DRAFT 2016 HTC Site Demographic Characteristics Report.

Due to the initial timing issues regarding the draft QAP and multifamily rules and, as a result of the short time to turn around revised documents and reflect the additional input provided in public comment, it is likely that there will be questions about these draft rules.

TDHCA posted a draft 2016 qualified allocation plan to its Facebook page. The TDHCA Board will review this and other draft documents on September 3, 2015.

In the development of the 2016 Draft Qualified Allocation Plan and Uniform Multifamily Rules, the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs staff is seeking input through an Online Forum for discussion on specific scoring items and/or other topics related to its multifamily funding activities.

In the development of the 2016 Draft Underwriting and Loan Policy rules, Post Award and Asset Management Requirements rules, Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs will be hosting a roundtable on Monday, August 24, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at the Pecan Room at the Norris Conference Center (2525 West Anderson Lane, Suite 365, Austin, TX 78757).
