NH&RA Historic Preservation Development Council Sends Comments to National Park Service on Sustainability Guidelines

The National Housing & Rehabilitation Association’s, together with NH&RA’s Historic Preservation Development Council (HPDC) and Council for Energy Friendly Affordable Housing (CEFAH), sent a letter recently to the National Park Service commenting on its recently issued Illustrated Guidelines on Sustainability for Rehabilitation Historic Buildings.

President Obama Signs Small Business Jobs Act

On Monday, September 27, President Obama signed the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010 into law. The legislation passed the House by a 237 to 187 vote; the Senate version of the bill was passed the previous week.
