The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) posted the List of the Intent to Submit an Application, which were received for the 2024 nine percent LIHTC allocation round and the Preapplication Slide Presentation presented on October 4.

The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) released their 2024 Qualified Allocation Plan, which was approved by the Board on September 14.
