Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) recently announced four additional developments funded through its Local Innovation and Fast Track (LIFT) Housing Program. During the August Special Session legislators allocated $50 million in additional LIFT funding to address the mounting need for affordable housing. OHCS provided these funds to developments that, due to insufficient resources, were unable to receive funding in July.

HUD’s Multifamily West Region is extending the audited financial reporting deadlines until September 30, 2020. This waiver is limited to entities, which are required to submit the referenced annual financial information on or before June 30, 2020.

Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) is distributing $55,000,000 in COVID rental relief funds and $15,000,000 in Energy Assistance to local organizations statewide.
