Oregon Offers $65 Million though Project Turnkey, First Project Selected
The Oregon Legislature allocated a total of $65 million for Project Turnkey, for the purpose of acquiring motels/hotels for use as non-congregate shelter for people experiencing homelessness or at-risk of homelessness.
Oregon $150 Million Landlord Compensation Fund
The Landlord Compensation Fund program was funded in December by the Oregon Legislature with $150 million. This program will be launched through an online application portal to streamline the collection of landlord-provided data on rent collections.

Oregon Wildfire Landlord Compensation Fund, Eviction Moratorium
The Oregon state legislature established the Landlord Compensation Fund with $150 million in State General Funds via HB 4401.
