The Ohio Office of Planning, Preservation and Development released the final draft of the2016-2017 Qualified Allocation Plan. This plan will be presented to the Board of the Ohio Housing Finance Agency on Wednesday, June 17 for final consideration and approval.
Ohio Housing Finance Agency will host on Friday, May 15 its final public forum for the 2016-2017 QAP at the Ohio Department of Transportation Auditorium (1980 W. Broad Street, Columbus, OH) from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Registration is not required.
OHFA released preliminary reviews of the 2015 Housing Tax Credit Proposal Round (both scores and underwriting reviews) on Thursday, April 23. Applicants have two weeks to review the information and address issues identified. Responses must be received by OHFA no later than 5:00 PM on Thursday, May 7, 2015.

The deadline for the 2015 Housing Tax Credit Proposal Applications was Friday, February 20. Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) received a total of 103 applications. Project proposal summaries submitted by applicants have been posted to the OHFA website.

As the Ohio Housing Finance Agency multifamily program offices continue the process of preparing the 2016-2017 QAP, they will focus on preparing the first draft of the QAP scheduled to be released in early March 2015.
OHFA announced the Multifamily Lending Program can be used in conjunction with the 2015 9% LIHTC proposal applications, and the program is eligible for competitive points under Development Characteristic Priority 3c.
