The deadline for the 2015 Housing Tax Credit Proposal Applications was Friday, February 20. Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) received a total of 103 applications. Project proposal summaries submitted by applicants have been posted to the OHFA website.
Representatives Pat Tiberi (R-OH), Richard Neal (D-MA) and Tom Reed (R-NY) introduced a bill to permanently extend the New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) program.
As the Ohio Housing Finance Agency multifamily program offices continue the process of preparing the 2016-2017 QAP, they will focus on preparing the first draft of the QAP scheduled to be released in early March 2015.
