Jolene Kline was recently Appointed Executive Director of North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA). Jolene has served as the interim executive director since the retirement of Mike Anderson in May. She has been with NDHFA since 19and was in 2006 was selected as the first director of NDHFA’s planning and housing development division, which is charged with helping communities address housing shortages and unmet needs.
