Tara Hall has been promoted to manager of rental development at the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency. Hall has been on the rental investment team since 2002 and has served as a senior housing development analyst for much of that time. Hall will oversee the day-to-day operations of the rental housing programs, from application through construction and project completion.

The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency is seeking comments on its draft 2020 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER), 2021-2025 Consolidated Plan and 2021 Annual Action Plan and Analysis of Impediments (AI) to Fair Housing. During routine network maintenance, the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency experienced a hardware failure that impacted the entire network and prevented the mass notification of interested parties that the tax credit application system would be unavailable for an undetermined period of time.
