New Hampshire Housing will hold a series of public forums on the 2023-2024 QAP, the first of which will take place on February 26, 2021 from 12:30 to 2 p.m. ET. Staff will present an overview of the QAP schedule, introduce topics for proposed changes and provide an opportunity for discussion and feedback. Register here by February 22. The New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority’s (NHHFA) Underwriting Standards and Development Policies for Multi-Family Finance have been updated in response to feedback received and to better align the standards with current underwriting practices.
the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority Board of Directors committed $1 million to The Emergency Assistance Loan Fund (EALF) Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for affordable housing partners, including organizations providing for the state’s homeless residents. New Hampshire Housing Finance Agency (NHHFA) is operating during our normal business hours of 8:30 am – 5:00 pm EDT.
The New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority will remain open during normal business hours, but most of our staff is working remotely.
The New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority (NHHFA) published a final draft of its 2021-2022 QAP, which will be presented to the NHHFA Multi-Family Housing Committee on February 19 and to the Board of Directors on February 27.
