The Nebraska Investment Finance Authority posted draft QAPs for both the nine and four percent credits, as well as the Nebraska Affordable Housing Tax Credits.

The 2017 Qualified Allocation Plan (“2017 QAP”) for federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits (“LIHTCs”) has been approved by Governor Ricketts.

The Internal Revenue Service divided $2.59 million in unused Low Income Housing Tax Credits from calendar year 2015 among 30 states.
