On March 3, Minnesota Housing host a virtual Request for Proposals (RFP) and Technical Assistance Kickoff event for the 2021 Consolidated RFP/2022 LIHTC round one.

Minnesota Housing will administer up to $15 million in General Obligation (GO) bond proceeds through the Publicly Owned Housing Program (POHP) to help finance public housing rehabilitation costs. Applications are due Thursday, April 29, 2021 by noon CT. Applicants must be local units of government, such as a city, county, housing redevelopment authority (HRA), or public housing authority (PHA).
