Minnesota Housing extended the RFP deadline for its HOME-American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) Allocation Plan to 5 p.m. ET on May 24.

Minnesota Housing will hold a webinar on April 27 from 10 to 11 a.m. CT on its Scoring Wizard, a tool within the Multifamily Customer Portal that replaced the Excel version of the Self-Scoring Worksheet.

Minnesota Housing and its partners opened the 2022 Consolidated Request for Proposals (RFP) for applications. The annual Consolidated RFP process makes $11 million in funding available to help build and preserve homes that are affordable in communities throughout Minnesota.

Minnesota Housing anticipates receiving approximately $31 million of HOME-American Rescue Plan (ARP) funding, of which up to 15 percent can be used for planning and administrative purposes.

If your property management software has the ability to export tenant data from your software system into a XML file, the new Minnesota Housing’s XML Upload to PORT Submission Site may be used to quickly populate your property’s unit events into PORT.

Minnesota Housing is now accepting applications for Round 2 of the 2022 LIHTC Program.

Minnesota Housing is now accepting applications for Round Two of the 2022 LIHTC Program. Approximately $1 million in LIHTCs will be available, including $375,000 from the Rural Development (RD) set aside.

Minnesota Housing is beginning to develop its 2024-2025 QAP. Because Minnesota Housing forward allocates LIHTCs, the 2024-2025 QAP will set the overall funding priorities for the 2023 and the 2024 Consolidated Request for Proposals.
