Maryland DHCD opened an opportunity to provide comments to the QAP and Multifamily Rental Financing Program Guide prior to the release of the final draft.

The elimination of blighted portions of the city will be supported by more than $600 million in financing opportunities, including the Rental Assistance Demonstration program and the issuance of potentially $200 million in revenue bonds.

DHCD is holding a series of regional public forums over the next two weeks to provide an overview of the feedback they have received to date and to discuss the key changes they are considering for the next QAP.
