John Maneval has re-joined DHCD as CDA Deputy Director for Multifamily Housing and Neighborhood BusinessWorks. In this position, John will oversee all Multifamily Housing activity as well as the growth of the Neighborhood BusinessWorks Program.

The Maryland Historical Trust is now accepting applications for the Small Commercial Tax Credit. Eligible projects may earn a state income tax credit equal to 20 percent of qualified rehabilitation expenditures.
