The Mississippi Home Corporation has released its proposed changes to the 2009 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) for its 2010 allocation round.

The Maine State Housing Authority has released the proposed Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) for administering the allocation of the state’s 2010 and 2011 annual ceiling of the low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC).

The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency’s board recently approved its qualified allocation plan (QAP) for the agency’s 2010 low-income housing tax credit program.  The agency will allocate 2010 tax credits based on the following overriding principles and preferences:
