Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) received approval from Governor Andy Beshear for the 2021-2022 QAP. The Universal Funding Application (UFA) for the 2021 Housing Credit funding round will be available on Friday, May 15, 2020, with an application due date of 12:00 pm ET Thursday, August 20, 2020.

The Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) will hold a virtual public hearing at 11:00 am ET on April 23 to obtain information for the 2020 Consolidated Plan for Kentucky’s Block Grant Housing Programs.

Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed 2021-2022 LIHTC QAP on Monday, February 17, 2020 from 1:30 to 2:30 pm ET at the Kentucky Public Service Commission (Raff Hearing Room, 211 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, KY 40601).

The Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) will host the last in a series of developer forums to solicit feedback on scoring criteria and incentives for the development of the 2021-2022 QAP, Multifamily Guidelines and scoring workbook. The Multifamily Developer Forum will be from 1:30-3:30 pm ET on January 29, 2020, at the Frankfort Plant Board Community Room, 151 Flynn Ave., Frankfort, Kentucky 40601.

Effective immediately, all replacement reserve and operating reserve draw requests must be made within the Tenant Data Certification System (TDCS). Draw requests are located under the forms section of the project home page.

Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) released the Income Averaging Compliance Policy. This policy establishes guidance for KHC partners electing the new average income set aside.
