Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified market analysts that gives preference to members of the National Council of Affordable Housing Market Analysts (NCAHMA).

The Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) is soliciting comments by May 28 on draft guidelines for the agency’s implementation of the Tax Credit Exchange and credit exchange programs, the two new funding sources authorized by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
