Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) is pleased to announce the awards for funding for the 2014 application round competing for 2015 program resources. KHC received 40 applications requesting $20 million in Low Income Housing Tax Credits (Housing Credits), and was able to fund 19 projects with $9,174,414 of 2015 Housing Credits in conjunction with other KHC resources, including funds from the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) and Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF) totaling $1,837,682.
