Kentucky Solicits Feedback for Draft NOFA – Comments due June 8

KHC Announces Awards for funding for the 2014 Application Round Competing for 2015 Program Resources

Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) is pleased to announce the awards for funding for the 2014 application round competing for 2015 program resources. KHC received 40 applications requesting $20 million in Low Income Housing Tax Credits (Housing Credits), and was able to fund 19 projects with $9,174,414 of 2015 Housing Credits in conjunction with other KHC resources, including funds from the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) and Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF) totaling $1,837,682.
