HUD’s Economic and Market Analysis Division regularly publishes Comprehensive Housing Market Analysis reports for regions across the country.

HUD’s Sustainable Communities Resource Center has developed a matrix to measure the Savings of Green Building Technologies. The matrix highlights 10 proven and affordable green building technologies organized into four categories: Building Envelope, HVAC, Management and Use, and Water.
