The House will vote on six of the 12 Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 bills today.

Last week, the House Ways and Means Committee approved the Tax Relief for American Families and Workers Act of 2024 (H.R. 7024) with a 40 – 3 vote.

Representatives Emanuel Cleaver (D-MO) and Blaine Luetkemeyer (R-MO) introduced the bipartisan Rural Housing Service Reform Act (H.R. 6785). The measure would ensure that USDA Section 515 properties with maturing mortgages remain affordable by making it easier for nonprofits to acquire the properties and retain their rental assistance.
