The Board of Directors of Florida Housing Finance Corporation recently approved a staff recommendation to allow applicants that qualified as Self-Sourced Applicants funded in RFAs 2019-116, 2020-205 or 2021-205 to apply in the 2022 Construction Housing Inflation Response Program (CHIRP) Invitation to Participate (ITP) on the condition the applicants waive the right to qualified contract.

Both the completed registration form and $125 per-person fee (or $155 per person if a Compliance Guidebook is desired for each) must be received by First Housing (in Tampa) by the Aug. 26, 2022 registration deadline (two weeks prior to the training).
