Florida Housing posted a revised Exhibit A for RFA 2022-201 Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments Located in Medium and Small Counties regarding the Local Government Area of Opportunity Designation (LGAO) and SunRail Goal. Currently, the “Proximity, Mand. Dist., RECAP” tab fails to reflect any automatic qualifications for the minimum total proximity points that must be achieved to be eligible for funding, even if the application otherwise appears to qualify for the SunRail Goal or the LGAO designation.
