The Florida Housing Finance Corporation modified RFA 2020-103 Housing Credit and SAIL Financing to Develop Housing for Homeless Persons. This modification includes a change to the submission process in Section Three of the RFA.
Florida Housing recently launched a new collaboration tool called Procorem that will allow applicants, credit underwriters and Florida Housing to work together and share documents under one platform.
The Florida Housing Finance Corporation posted RFA 2020-208 SAIL Financing for the Construction of Workforce Housing, the RFA 2020-208, comparison of 1-31-20 and final version, as well as the revised RFA 2020-208 Set-Aside Worksheet. The revised Set-Aside Worksheet recognizes the non-housing credit units designated as Workforce Units, which the prior version did not.
