Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) is in the process of finalizing the State of Delaware’s 2016 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). DSHA will hold a public hearing to discuss the proposed QAP on Thursday, December 17, 2015.
The Internal Revenue Service divided $2.59 million in unused Low Income Housing Tax Credits from calendar year 2015 among 30 states.
The Bank’s 2015 Affordable Housing Program (AHP) funding round opened June 8 with approximately $23 million in funding available. Applications are due August 11. Funding is available for projects in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
