Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be received via email to info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s registration cancellation policy is as follows:

| 9/6/2022 | No cancellation fee before 9/6/2022 |
| 10/6/2022 | $150 fee for cancellations between 9/6/2022 and 10/6/2022 |
| 10/7/2022 | No refunds from 10/7/2022 onward |
Registration Substitution Policy
No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or info@housingonline.com.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
All attendees may cancel reservations 72 hours prior to arrival without a penalty.
