Registration and Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations must be sent to info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s registration cancellation policy is as follows:

Cutoff Date Fee Assessed
Before 07/03/2023 No cancellation fee before 07/03/2023
Between 07/03/2023 and 08/03/2023 $150 fee for cancellations between 07/03/2023 and 08/03/2023
After 08/03/2023 No refunds from 08/03/2023 onward

Registration Substitution Policy

No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or info@housingonline.com.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. 

Cancellations within seven nights of arrival date will be subject to forfeiture of the deposit. All reservations must be received by the hotel no later than Monday, September 11th, 2023.

Continuing Education

NH&RA / NCHMA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.

State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.

NH&RA/NCHMA courses are only pre-approved by NASBA. To have these credits recognized by other organizations, you must apply with the outside organizations directly. Please contact NH&RA staff for additional questions by clicking here.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Raffles Boston accepts cancellation of individual reservations made up to 48 hours before arrival, and refund the deposit for those rooms for the full night’s stay. All reservations must be received by the hotel no later than October 22, 2024.
