Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be received in writing by fax to (202) 265-4435 or email to info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:

| 11/17/2017 | No cancellation fee by 11/17/2017. |
| 12/17/2017 | $150 fee for cancellations between 11/18/2017 through 12/17/2017. |
| 12/18/2017 | No refunds from 12/18/2017 and onward. |
Registration Substitution Policy
No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or info@housingonline.com.
