Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be received in writing by fax to (202) 265-4435 or email to info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:

| 8/11/19 | No cancellation fee by 8/11/2019. |
| 9/11/19 | $150 fee for cancellations between 8/12/2019 through 9/11/2019. |
| 9/12/19 | No refunds from 9/12/2019 and onward. |
Registration Substitution Policy
No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or info@housingonline.com.
