Registration and Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be sent to info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s registration cancellation policy is as follows:

| Between 06/30/2023 and 07/31/2023 | $150 fee for cancellations between 06/30/2023 and 07/31/2023 |
| After 07/31/2023 | No refunds from 07/31/2023 onward |
Registration Substitution Policy
No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or info@housingonline.com.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be accompanied by a two-night deposit. Guests must modify or cancel reservation no later than 7 days before arrival to avoid penalty charge of one night room and tax. All reservations must be received by the hotel no later than Sunday, July 2, 2023.
