New Markets & Historic Tax Credit Symposium
NH&RA will host a one-day symposium to focus on issues surrounding New Markets and Historic Tax Credit development. The event will take place on Wednesday, July 20, in conjunction with our 2016 Summer Institute.

NH&RA reserved a block of rooms at the Harbor View Hotel at a discounted rate of $425 per night (excluding taxes and fees) for conference attendees. Multiple room options are available, which the hotel representatives can explain in greater detail. To make your reservation, use this link or call hotel reservations at 1-800-225-6005 and indicate that you are attending the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association Summer Institute. Please make your reservation by Friday, June 3 in order to secure to the discounted rate.
An alternative block of rooms is available at the Kelly House, which is a short walk from the Harbor View Hotel. Rooms start at $359 (excluding taxes and fees). To make a reservation at this hotel, please call 1-800-225-6005 and tell them you would like to book a room in the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association block. Please make your reservation by Friday, June 17.
Both hotels’ cancellation policies dictate that reservations cancelled with the reservations office at least 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee. If reservations are cancelled within 21 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.

Airline
Direct service from Boston, New York, Newark, Nantucket, Hyannis and other cities is available to Martha’s Vineyard Airport. The Harbor View Hotel is approximately a ten-minute drive from Martha’s Vineyard Airport. Alternatively, many attendees choose to fly into Boston or Providence airports and take the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard.
Ground Transportation and Ferry
Ferry service is offered from Falmouth and New Bedford, Massachusetts. If you drive, you can park on the mainland in one of the Steamship Authority parking lots and walk-on to the ferry as a passenger. When the lot at the Steamship terminal in Woods Hole is full, additional parking is available at three off-site lots in Bourne and Falmouth. Shuttle service is provided to the ticket terminal and ferry dock.
If you are bringing your car to the Island, you MUST have a reservation. You can call up to one hour prior to sailing time to reserve a space for your car; however, we strongly suggest placing your Steamship Authority Reservation as soon as your hotel reservation is confirmed. Call 508-477-8600 to make ferry reservations or book online. “Stand-by” reservations are no longer accepted.
