Registration and Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be sent to info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s registration cancellation policy is as follows:

| Before 03/01/2024 | No cancellation fee before 03/01/2024 |
| Between 03/01/2024 and 04/01/2024 | $150 fee for cancellations between Between 03/01/2024 and 04/01/2024 |
| After 04/01/2024 | No refunds from 04/01/2024 onward |
Registration Substitution Policy
No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or info@housingonline.com.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Hotel’s individual cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to schedule arrival date.
