Sara is head of Freddie Mac Multifamily Research and has been at Freddie Mac for over 14 years. She manages research projects spanning from market fundamentals to the growing affordable housing challenges, along with new initiatives such as identifying climate risk exposure. Much of her team’s work is used to inform market participants through our Outlooks and market level reports, enhance U/W and credit policy through expected market performance, and continue to advance the affordable housing mission through innovated research.

Sara holds a Masters in Science in Operations Research from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Finance and Economics from James Madison University.
