Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be received in writing by fax to (202) 265-4435 or email to info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:
| Cutoff Date | Fee Assessed |
|---|---|
| 3/7/2019 | No cancellation fee (before 3/7/2018). |
| 4/6/2019 | $150 fee for cancellations (between 3/8/2019 through 4/6/2019). |
| 4/7/2019 | No refunds (from 4/7/2019 onward). |
Registration Substitution Policy
No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or info@housingonline.com.
