Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be received in writing by fax to (202) 265-4435 or email to info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:
Cutoff Date | Fee Assessed |
---|---|
9/1/2017 | No cancellation fee before 9/1/2017. |
10/01/2017 | $150 fee for cancellations between 09/01/2017 through 10/01/2017. |
10/02/2017 | No refunds from 10/02/2017 and onwards. |
Registration Substitution Policy
No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or info@housingonline.com.
