Cancellation Policy
| Cutoff Date | Fee Assessed |

| 4/7/2017 | Cancellation before/on 4/7/2017 will be refunded in full. |
| 5/5/2017 | Cancellations from 4/8-5/5/2017 will have a $150 cancellation fee. |
| 6/7/2017 | Cancellations from 5/6-6/7/2017 cannot be refunded. |
Registration Substitution Policy
There is no fee for making a registration substitution. Registration substitutions may be made by contacting us at info@housingonline.com.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Attendees must register for the conference within 7 days of making a hotel reservation in our hotel block. If you cancel your hotel reservation within 30 days of the event, you are not guaranteed a refund.
