Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be received in writing by fax to (202) 265-4435 or email to info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:

| 04/05/2019 | No cancellation fee (before 4/6/2019). |
| 05/03/2019 | $150 fee for cancellations (between 4/6/2019 through 5/3/2019). |
| 06/04/2019 | No refunds (from 5/4/2019 onward). |
Registration Substitution Policy
No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or info@housingonline.com.
