Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be received by email to info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:
Cutoff Date | Fee Assessed |

2/1/2021 | No cancellation fee before 2/2/2021. |
2/2/2021 | No refunds from 2/2/2021 onward. |
Registration Substitution Policy
No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or info@housingonline.com.
