Randolph Brown Consulting–a boutique, global management consulting consortium–he leads a cadre of experienced, clients across a spectrum of industries. Vincent was a founding partner and managing director of Global Novations, a full- service human capital and talent optimization firm which counted Goldman Sachs as an investor and was acquired by Korn/Ferry International in September 2012. He continues as a senior consultant with Korn/Ferry. He co-authored a bestselling book that helped shape thinking in modern corporate culture about Diversity & Inclusion, entitled The Phoenix Principles: Leveraging Inclusion to Transform Your Company with Janet Butler Reid, Ph.D. Currently, they are preparing to publish their next book on the intersection of diversity and neuroscience entitled Intrinsic Inclusion: Rebooting Our Biased Brain.
