Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be received in writing by fax to (202) 265-4435 or email info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:

1/20/2017 | $150 cancellation fee for cancellations before this date |
2/22/2017 | No refunds permitted |
Registration Substitution Policy
No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or info@housingonline.com.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Individuals must register for the conference within two weeks of reserving a room in the NH&RA hotel block at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point.
