Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be received in writing by fax to (202) 265-4435 or email to info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:
| Cutoff Date | Fee Assessed |
|---|---|
| 2/8/2019 | No cancellation fee before or on 2/8/2019. |
| 3/4/2019 | $150 fee for cancellations between 2/9/2019 through 3/4/2019. |
| 3/5/2019 | No refunds from 3/5/2019 and onwards. |
Registration Substitution Policy
No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or info@housingonline.com.
