Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be received in writing by fax to (202) 265-4435 or email to info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:

| 1/28/2018 | No cancellation fee before or on 1/28/2018. |
| 1/29/2018 | $150 fee for cancellations between 1/29/2018 through 2/23/2018. |
| 2/24/2018 | No refunds from 2/24/2018 and onwards. |
Registration Substitution Policy
No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or info@housingonline.com.
