NCHMA Spring Meeting (2015)

NCHMA hosted its 2015 Spring NCHMA Meeting on March 31, 2015 in Washington, DC at the NCHMA/NH&RA Conference Center. The one-day 2015 NCHMA Spring Meeting convened HUD officials, MAP lenders, market analysts and appraisers, and other members of the affordable housing community to discuss HUD, FHA and Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) market study and underwriting issues. The meeting featured in-depth analysis and discussion regarding HUD’s forthcoming updates to the MAP Guidelines and how the market study guidelines changes better align with NCHMA’s Model Content Standards.
