NCHMA Market Study 101 Seminar (Columbus, OH)

The National Council of Housing Market Analysts (NCHMA) and the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) are pleased to present our newly updated “Market Study 101 Seminar” on May 31 in Columbus, Ohio.

The curriculum is designed to introduce affordable housing and multifamily finance professionals to the core concepts behind the creation and utilization of affordable housing market studies. This course will explore essential topics including defining market areas, site analysis, housing market trends and conditions, capture rate methodology, achievable rents and much more.

The seminar is designed specifically with both market analysts and the market study user in mind and provides an excellent foundation for professionals in the public, non-profit, and for-profit sectors involved in reviewing tax credit applications, underwriting affordable housing and developing multifamily real estate.  NCHMA has previously hosted market study training with HFAs in California, Kentucky, Indiana, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia and Wisconsin.

There is no conference registration fee for this training; however, space is limited and advance registration is required.  A box lunch will be provided for registered attendees.
