NCHMA COVID-19 Member Town Hall

The National Council of Housing Market Analysts (NCHMA) and National Housing and Rehabilitation Association (NH&RA) hosted this members-only town hall to provide a forum for market analysts to share best practices relating to conducting and interpreting market research for LIHTC, HUD-Assisted and FHA financed multifamily housing during the COVID-19 crisis.
