Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be received in writing by fax to (202) 265-4435 or email to info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:

| 08/18/2017 | No cancellation fee before this 8/18/2017. |
| 09/04/2017 | $150 fee for cancellations between 08/18/2017 through 09/04/2017. |
| 09/05/2017 | No refunds from 09/05/2017 and onwards. |
Registration Substitution Policy
No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or info@housingonline.com.
