Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be received in writing by fax to (202) 265-4435 or email to info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:

| 09/11/19 | No fees for cancellations before 09/12/2019. |
| 10/12/19 | $150 fee for cancellations between 09/12/2019 through 10/12/2019. |
| 10/13/19 | No refunds from 10/13/2019 and onwards. |
Registration Substitution Policy
No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or info@housingonline.com.
