Registration and Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be sent to info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s registration cancellation policy is as follows:

| Before 07/03/2023 | No cancellation fee before 07/03/2023 |
| Between 07/03/2023 and 08/03/2023 | $150 fee for cancellations between 07/03/2023 and 08/03/2023 |
| After 08/03/2023 | No refunds from 08/03/2023 onward |
Registration Substitution Policy
No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or info@housingonline.com.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.
Cancellations within seven nights of arrival date will be subject to forfeiture of the deposit. All reservations must be received by the hotel no later than Monday, September 11th, 2023.
