Texas Cancels March 25 QAP Hearing
The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Multifamily Finance Division is cancelling the 2021-2022 Qualified Allocation Plans (QAP) Roundtable meeting scheduled on Wednesday, March 25, 2020.
Texas Postpones UPCS, Construction Inspections
In light of the evolving health concerns surrounding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs will postpone the Uniform Physical Condition Standards (UPCS) inspections and final construction inspections for multifamily properties or weatherization inspections for Community Affairs programs until further notice.
Michigan Postpones LIHTC Funding Round Due Date to May 1
To help address the potential timing concerns, Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) is postponing the April 1, 2020 LIHTC Funding Round due date until May 1, 2020. All LIHTC applications that were originally planned to be submitted for the April 1, 2020 Funding Round will now be due no later than 5 p.m. May 1, 2020.

Connecticut Suspends Site Visits
Routine site visits conducted by Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) asset management staff are being suspended until further notice. However, site visits which are critical in nature or related to an emergency or immediate need as feasible will be addressed as required per current policies and procedures.
