Tennessee Developers Council
Created in 2010, the Tennessee Developers Council (TDC) provides a forum for Tennessee’s rental housing development community to share ideas, network, and discuss policy issues related to tax credit and affordable housing development specifically being considered by the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) and the State Legislature.
Since its inception, TDC has been the sounding board for THDA to share ideas with the development community and receive feedback more efficiently. TDC’s mission is to provide a unified voice for the development community on the most critical state housing issues and effectively communicate concerns or input about state policies and legislation that directly impacts affordable housing development businesses.

National Housing & Rehabilitation Association (NH&RA) provides managerial and administrative support to TDC. The membership dues structure is essentially the same for both organizations, so members of TDC receive all the benefits available to NH&RA members, including Council participation.
